GOSI Management:

• Employee enrollment & Contract authentication – Saudi National.

• Employee enrollment – Non-Saudi National.

• Employee de-enrollment.

• Employee information amendment (As needed).

• Updating GOSI Employee salary (Monthly & Annually).

• Issuance of GOSI certificate (As needed).

• GOSI payment services (Monthly).

•Monthly GOSI detailed bill statement (As needed).

• GOSI support - Online (to deal with GOSI authorities for any special request, non-compliance, or any problem/error resolution).

• GOSI support – Manual (to deal with GOSI authorities for any special request, non-compliance, or any problem/error resolution).

QIWA Contract Authentication:

• Employee enrollment – Saudi National QIWA Contract Authentication.

• Employee enrollment – Non-Saudi National.

• New & Existing Saudi national contract authentication.

• New & Existing Non-Saudi national contract authentication

• Employee de-enrollment.

• Employee information amendment (As needed).

Payroll & Mudad/WPS Management:

• Monthly coordination with the company representatives for updating monthly payroll.

• Preparing/Updating Mudad System for monthly payroll.

• Coordinating with bank for salary disbursement.

• Salary disbursement report is updated to Mudad/WPS portal for each month after the payroll disbursement to confirm the company’s compliance.

Recruitment Support Services:

• Recruitment assistance in sourcing out the remote Saudi national employee in Saudia Arabia as per the client requirements.
